1. What happens after you order?

Your product at home in 3 simple steps:

  1. When you have ordered a product, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If necessary, check your spam folder.
  2. When your order has been shipped you will receive a track and trace code with which you can track your shipment.
  3. You will also receive your invoice shortly after the shipment. This can take one to three working days.

2. What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the EU and to the UK is free.

Deliveries to the US, Canada, Scandinavia and Switzerland are free from €500. Shipping costs of € 60 apply below this amount.

For all other countries and regions, a shipping fee of € 60 will be charged*.

For deliveries to islands we apply a surcharge of € 85 on top of the shipping costs
* For custom-made mats larger than 175 x 70 cm, shipping costs on request.

3. How is the delivery?

3.1 Shipping
On working days, we maintain a shipping principle within 24 hours. If you place your order during the weekend, we will process the order the next working day. As soon as the order has been given to the carrier, you will receive the track & trace information by email. A delivery time of 4-6 weeks applies to custom-size mats.

3.2 Delivery times in general
Although we ship quickly, it differs per country how long it takes before you receive the delivery. Within the Benelux you will normally receive your package within 2 working days. For other countries, you can normally expect your goods within 2 to 7 days. You will be kept informed where the package is by means of track and trace. In the unlikely event that something is wrong, you can always contact us or send an email to [email protected]

3.3 Shipping outside the European Union (EU)
We ship our products from The Netherlands. Please note that all deliveries are subject to the import rules and regulations that your country applies.

3.4 Deliveries to United Kingdom:
Because the UK is outside the EU, we ship your order ex. VAT. When your shipment arrives at UK Customs, you will receive a text message from the relevant carrier to pay the import duties. Therefore, always provide a correct mobile number with your order. After payment, the goods will be delivered. Please note that this text message has a limited validity. It is therefore important that you act quickly. If you do not respond, the goods will be returned to us after which we will have to resend your order at extra costs. Please revert to our general terms and conditions for undelivered products.

3.5 Deliveries to the United States/Canada:
To make sure your order gets to you hassle-free, all additional costs (custom duties, clearance costs, and taxes) are on us! If there is a local custom duty or tax that our delivery partner is not aware of, we cannot be held responsible for additional charges.
