Where are the RiZZ products made?
We manufacture our products in our factory in the Netherlands and assemble them by hand.
Of what material are the brushes on the mat composed?
The brushes are made of UV-resistant nylon, and this material has the right stiffness and durability.
Can I replace the mat brush strip?
In theory, it is possible but not necessary to replace the brush. It will last more than 10 years with regular use before it wears out. If you still want to have it replaced, we can repair the mat for you. Don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or send an email to [email protected] to inquire about any costs and lead time.
Does the outdoor mat get rid of all the dirt?
The mat is designed for outdoor use and removes 80% more dirt than other mats. The unique brush strips ensure that the dirt under the sole of your shoe is scraped off. Because of the open structure of the mat, the dirt falls through the mat. Rain and wind carry the dirt further away. The outdoor mat will scrape off any excess water droplets but not dry the sole completely. We have designed an indoor mat that absorbs up to 80% more moisture and dries the soles of your shoes. The most effective combination is when you use both the luxury outdoor and indoor mat.
What is the added value of the indoor mat?
The indoor mat is not only visually designed to complement the outdoor mat, it also serves a distinct, complementary purpose.
While the outdoor mat removes dirt, the indoor mat dries the sole. This way, you step inside with clean, dry shoes — while your floor stays protected from dirt and moisture.
What is the difference between the indoor and outdoor broom?
The luxury outdoor broom has thicker and firmer bristles for outdoor use, with which you can quickly move coarse dirt such as sand and leaves on a terrace or at the front door. On the other hand, the luxurious inner broom has thinner bristles to move minor dirt and dust particles. Both brooms are available in 3 sizes and colours: Small, Medium and Large.
Why are there 3 sizes of brooms?
The RiZZ concept consists entirely of 3 sizes of mats and in 4 colours.
Of what material are the bristles of the broom composed?
The brushes are made of nylon and this material has the right stiffness and durability. Thicker, stiffer fibers are used in the outdoor brooms, thinner and more flexible fibers are used in the indoor brooms.
What is the lifespan of RiZZ products?
The luxury mats and brooms are made of high-quality materials and will therefore last at least 10 years. From experience we know that our products, under normal circumstances, can last even longer than 10 years. If you purchased your RiZZ product from one of our sales outlets, you can register your products on our website to claim the 10-year warranty.
Are RiZZ products sustainable?
We use high-quality materials to ensure our mats and brooms are designed to last. We even offer a 10-year guarantee. This means fewer replacements and less unnecessary waste.
For products with teak components, we recommend treating the wood once a year with teak oil to ensure optimal durability.
All our products are fully demountable, allowing individual parts to be separated and recycled.
Maintenance and cleaning
How do I clean the RiZZ outdoor mat?
Our products are maintenance and cleaning friendly. The dirt in and under the mat is typically removed by wind and rain. If you want to clean the mat, you can follow the instructions below:
Lift the mat to one side and use a broom to sweep away all the dirt. You can use water and a brush to clean the mat yourself. A mild detergent or green soap can help with this.

Can I wash the indoor mat?
It is best to treat the indoor mat as a carpet. You only need to clean the carpet by vacuuming, and you can remove any stains with a cleaning cloth and carpet cleaner. Thorough cleaning of the mat is not necessary.

How do I clean the broom?
Cleaning the broom is unnecessary. If you wish to, you can clean the handle with a mild detergent. You can put the brushes in a bowl of warm water. You will see that they also reconstruct even more into their original model.
