if goods have already been sent to you, please return the goods to us per point 2. - You can return your product in a pristine, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs for returning goods are on your account. To return goods, please complete the return request form below. We will send you a confirmation and a return label to ship the goods.
- Upon receiving the goods, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or exchange goods if necessary.
- The right to return the goods to us does not apply in the following circumstances:
- • In case the product has already been used.
- • For all products that we have made or customized especially for you
- • The provisions of point 2 do not affect your statutory rights.
